Topics to be presented include the importance and benefits of physical activities, incorporating fitness into your life as a lifestyle and not a burden, and how to maximize personal empowerment and development.

Ray began competing at nightclub dances in the late 1970’s and has been studying ballroom dancing since the late 1990’s.
